Meet the Doctor
Dr. Garrett Griffin, D.C.
Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Dr. Garrett Griffin has always had a passion for movement, health, and performance. He earned his B.S. in Sports Management from Nebraska Wesleyan University and went on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College.
As a former athlete who grew up playing basketball and baseball, Dr. Griffin experienced firsthand the positive impact chiropractic care can have on recovery, performance, and overall well-being. That early experience inspired his path into the profession. Today, he brings that same passion to every patient he treats, believing that every person is an "athlete of life" and deserves to move freely and live without pain.
Dr. Griffin uses a range of evidence-based techniques to create personalized treatment plans. He is trained in Active Release Technique (ART), soft tissue therapy, kinesiology taping, Activator Method, and Diversified Technique. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or looking to improve your mobility, he is committed to helping you feel and perform your best.
Outside the office, Dr. Griffin spends most of his free time with his wife Katie and their dog. As a family, the Griffins enjoy living an active lifestyle, whether it be going on runs, walking their dog, or hitting the gym. As passionate sports fans, they proudly follow the Kansas City Chiefs, Nebraska Cornhuskers, Boston Celtics, and Aston Villa Football Club.

Cash-Based Chiropractic Care
No insurance. No surprises. Just personalized care, paid at the time of service.
We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance. However, we can provide a superbill (itemized receipt) you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
