What to expect at your first visit
Step 1: Schedule Your Appointment
Call our office or book online at your convenience. We’ll help you find a time that works best for you and answer any initial questions. Once scheduled, you’ll receive our new patient paperwork via email. The forms are quick and easy to complete.
Step 2: Intake with Dr. Griffin
At your initial visit, Dr. Griffin will begin with a focused consultation to discuss your health history, current concerns, and overall goals. This is followed by a movement and mobility assessment, including posture evaluation, range of motion testing, and specific orthopedic exams. These evaluations help provide a clear and accurate understanding of your musculoskeletal function, forming the foundation for a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Step 3: Adjustment and Therapeutic Exercises
Dr. Griffin will begin treatment the same day—if appropriate. This may include chiropractic adjustments to restore joint function and relieve discomfort, as well as therapeutic exercises tailored to your specific needs. These exercises are designed to improve mobility, support your recovery, and help you get the most out of your care from the very beginning.
Step 4: Follow-Up and Progress
After your initial visit, a follow-up appointment will be scheduled based on your individual needs and goals. Consistent care is key to achieving the best results, so we’ll check in regularly to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your care to ensure you’re getting the best possible results.
